Leonard Kurkowski Architect PC is dedicated  to designing beautiful and finely crafted homes.  We are passionate about helping our clients create an architectural expression of who they are.  Each home is individually crafted to meet the specific goals of the client.  Our experience with many styles of residential architecture

Leonard Kurkowski Architect PC has completed hundreds of residential additions & alterations throughout all of Long Island.  These projects require the design skill to seamlessly meld the old and new construction.  A successful addition is one that does not look like an addition. Whether the project is a major alteration to an entire home or a smaller addition, we love the challenge  to create that seamless design flow.

Leonard Kurkowski Architect PC
works with many custom builders designing residences for the speculative housing market.  Mass  curb appeal is the goal to achieve when designing homes for this market.  Tightly controlled budgets require designs that make the best use of quality design. Lavish use of expensive materials is not always  in the project scope so the design solution must make use of pleasing massing and careful selection of all the building elements.  This is key when producing quality speculative residences.
