Municipal projects are usually controlled by tight budgets and very demanding time schedules so the design solution is more demanding than other project types. has designed many types of medical facilities including sole and multiple practitioner offices, urgent care, municipal clinical buildings and veterinary hospitals. Several of the projects required certificates of need from the NY State Dept. of Health. We carefully management the project through this difficult process. Medical facilities require architectural solutions that must meet many demanding industry guidelines and designs that psychologically are appealing to patients and staff. We have successfully delivered facilities that strictly met these objectives.

has executed commercial office and retail projects ranging from 36,000 square foot office buildings to strip mall facade renovations. The project shown at the left is a proposed 100,000 square foot cargo warehouse and retail facility at JFK airport. Many commercial projects demand impactful curb appeal as well as a quality corporate image. In addition to architectural services we can provide all the key services needed to execute these projects including site engineering, signage and graphics.
